Trevor Buzzacott
Trevor Buzzacott is a proud Arabana man and a former team member of the historic National Trachoma and Eye Health Program, working alongside Professor Fred Hollows in the 1970s to tackle avoidable blindness in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. With decades of experience across government and community roles in health, housing, justice and social wellbeing, Trevor has dedicated his career to improving the lives of Aboriginal people in remote and regional Australia. He believes in a world where no Indigenous person is needlessly blind.
