The Fred Hollows Foundation is saddened by news of the passing of Australian mountain climber Lincoln Hall.
Lincoln was a good friend to The Fred Hollows Foundation. His climbing feats are well known, but less is known of Lincoln's commitment to helping the people of
Nepal through organisations such as the Australian Himalayan Foundation.
Lincoln was also a great friend of Foundation ambassador Sue Fear - co-writing her biography Fear No Boundary prior to Sue losing her life on Mount Manaslu, Nepal, in 2006.
The Foundation's thoughts are with Lincoln's family at this very sad time.
