Writing your Will online
You can create or update your Will through a range of legally valid options, including an estate planning professional, the Public or State Trustee in your State, or a self-guided online Will-writing platform.
Online Will-writing platforms are designed to make writing your Will as easy as possible, through a secure step-by-step process. Whilst it’s not a requirement when writing your online Will, leaving a gift to The Fred Hollows Foundation is a lasting and meaningful way that you can not only future-proof our important work, but leave a legacy for the generations to come. Leaving even a small share of your estate, after your loved ones have been taken care of, can have a huge impact.
For complex estate planning, we recommend seeking professional legal advice when creating or updating your Will. Although we are not able to make specific recommendations, you can find a list of solicitors here.
