Campos Coffee to Restore Sight

The Fred Hollows Foundation and Campos Coffee are proud to announce our partnership. 

Campos Coffee is a pioneering Australian coffee brand founded in 2002 in Newtown, Sydney by Will Young. 

Campos is on a mission to help everyone love great coffee as much as they do, believing in coffee’s ability to inspire genuine optimism and joy. They are committed to delivering excellence in coffee, embracing positivity, and giving back to their community. 

As a business that sources their coffee from around the world, including Africa, Campos Coffee has partnered with The Fred Hollows Foundation to strengthen and empower the local Ethiopian and Kenyan communities, where both organisations work. Our work in these countries is focused on growing the eye health workforce and to treat and prevent the spread of blinding, infectious eye diseases like trachoma. 

Together, our vision is to transform lives by creating a long-lasting ripple effect of prosperity that improves the quality of life of not just the people we help and Campos Coffee's employees, but also the lives of their families and their wider community.

The Campos Coffee team has come on board as part of their strong social initiatives, to help deliver ongoing eye health services from The Fred Hollows Foundation to communities in Ethiopia, where poor sanitation results in an extremely high number of contagious diseases, 800,000 people are at risk of blindness.
