Ross is the CEO of The Fred Hollows Foundation, bringing more than 30 years of leadership across the corporate and non-profit sectors, including senior roles in investment, international development, and social enterprise. He has held executive positions at Australian Ethical Investment, Christian Super, and World Vision, and has worked in regions as diverse as the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and remote Indigenous communities in Australia. Motivated by purpose and social justice, Ross is committed to building a world where no person is needlessly blind or vision impaired. He believes that together—with the right investment, innovation, and commitment—we can end avoidable blindness in our lifetime.
